Located in the SW corner of the City of Vancouver, this station sits at an elevation of 192 feet above sea level, mid-way up the hill between the Fraser River and Dunbar Village. Views towards the south include Sea Island and YVR airport. The neighborhood has many trees of all sizes, including some which date back to a time before European settlement. Pacific Spirit Regional Park borders the western edge of the neighborhood, a reminder of the west coast rain forest which once stretched across the entire city. Today, the area is primarily residential, mostly made up of separated homes on lots of generous size.
